The architectural office n&k architects was created in 1990 by the merge of the architectural offices, of Notis Katopodis and Katerina Chalkiopoulou.
Today the civil engineers Giorgos Zacharakis and Antonis Athanasopoulos have joined n&k architects.
The office is set in an old Lefkadian building (which was restored by n&k architects), at the old town of Lefkada, in Marka Square, at 8 Ioannou Marinou street.

Notis Katopodis
architect
Notis Katopodis is graduated in 1980 from faculty of Architecture - University of Florence.
For the period 1982-1984 participates in the architectural design group for the construction of the Parnassos' ski center.
The period 1984-1988 carries out studies and supervisions for public buildings, as a special advisor at the prefecture of Lefkada.
Since 1988, has been chief of the Architectural Association of Lefkada for several years and a member of the Architectural Committee.
He works as a freelance architect, carrying out consultancy studies, supervisions & construction of building and landscape projects and restorations of protected buildings.
Katerina Chalkiopoulou

Katerina Chalkiopoulou is graduated in 1982 from faculty of Architecture - Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In the year 1982, she studied at the PARIS I SORBONNE University at the section of PHILOSOPHIE DE LA CULTURE.
During the period 1986 to 2010 she was a member of the architectural committee of the prefecture of Lefkada.
Since 1983, she works as a freelance architect, carring out studies and supervisions for building projects, lanscape and urban projects.
Since 2012, she is also a building inspector.
Georgios Zacharakis

Georgios Zacharakis is graduated in 2009 from the faculty of Engineering - University of Patras. Since then he works with the n&k architects participating in the general design, the structural studies and the construction of building projects.
Antonios Athanasopoulos
civil engineer
Antonis Athanasopoulos is graduated in 2009 from the faculty of Engineering - University of Patras. In 2010 he worked as a supervisor engineer in the construction of the Hellenic Refineries in Elefsina (HEP). Since 2012 he works with the n&k architects participating in the photorealistic representation of the projects and the structural studies.
He is also an energy building inspector.
Emmanuel Mavrokoukoulakis
economist
Emmanuel Mavrokoukoulakis graduated from Department of Economics at University of Crete in the year 2008. After getting his Bachelor Degree from the University of Crete, Emmanuel continued his post-graduation studies in Department of International and European Economics Studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business, from which he graduated with a Masters of Science degree in the field of International Economics and Finance in the year 2011.
After working in private businesses and several public establishments, among them the General Hospital of Sitia where he was responsible for preparing accounting and economics reports and the budget’s registry, Emmanuel joined the n&k architects team in the year 2019. Since then, Emmanuel is responsible for the accounting management of the office.
